Once we have received your order our dispatch team gather all your order items with a final garment quality check to ensure everything is in good order and prepare for dispatch.
Once we have received your order we will begin processing it using the following steps:
- We will first check to see if your order is an in-stock item or a back order item (products that require production such as jewellery or bespoke made-to-order bridal or party ensemble.
- The next step is we do a Quality Control and Size Order Check and mark off the items in your packing list.
- We then carefully package your order in our chambeili foil paper, then place it in our chambeili plastic bag to provide added protection and water resistance then finally put it in the shipping bag or box with your invoice and returns policy ready for dispatch.
- We will send you a tracking code by sms and email and update your order status with a link to the tracking code. We will see the status of your parcel by logging into your My Account. To make sure you receive our email check your junk or spam box and ensure that the email address firstname.lastname@example.org is not marked as spam.
