Once we have received your order our dispatch team gather all your order items with a final garment quality check to ensure everything is in good order and prepare for dispatch. For Made-to-Order and Bespoke Services your order will arrive to us first and we will do our final quality checks to ensure it meets all checks including body measurements, colour and finishing.
Once we have received your online order, we will begin processing it using the following steps:
- We will first check to see if your order is an in-stock Ready-to-Wear item (in the UK in our storage unit) or is a Made-to-Order/Bespoke Service order which requires a few weeks or months to produce in Pakistan by our production team.
- The next step is we do a Quality Control and Size Order Check and mark off the items in your packing list. For Made-to-Order/Bespoke Service we will do size checks prior to dispatch from Pakistan and a final check when it arrives to our unit in the UK.
- We then carefully package your order in paper wrapping, then place it in plastic bag to provide added protection and water resistance then finally put it in the shipping bag or box with your invoice and returns policy ready for dispatch.
- We will send you a tracking code by email and update your order status with a link to the tracking code. We will see the status of your parcel by logging into your My Account. To make sure you receive our email check your junk or spam box and ensure that the email address email@example.com is not marked as spam.
