We use 3 shipping companies for delivery: Royal Mail for UK Domestic and UPS and Parcel Force for most international countries with Europe, Africa, Americas, Far East and Australasia. Simply choose the country from the delivery drop down list at checkout to see if your country is listed.

UK Shipping Method and Delivery Times

Royal Mail

We are using Royal Mail Signed For™ and Royal Mail Special Delivery™ for all UK deliveries. Prices start from £3.90 for a small parcel anywhere in the UK. All prices are concurrent with Royal Mail Pricing and your cart prices will be automatically calculated based on the weight. We strongly advice customers purchasing more than 2 pieces that are valuable to choose Special Delivery as your items will be insured for loss or damages during transit. Prices will automatically be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight.

International Shipping Method and Delivery Times

Royal Mail

For International customers looking for a cheaper alternative to UPS or Parcel Force we are offering Royal Mail International Delivery. Prices start at £8.26 anywhere in the EU for a small parcel standard shipping and £12.51 for Signed and Tracked service anywhere in the EU. For World Zone 1 (America’s) the standard shipping starts at £12.95 and £17.20 for Signed and Tracked service. For World Zone 2 (Remaining countries in Asia/Australasia) prices start at £13.90 for a small parcel and £18.15 for Signed and Tracked service. However, the downside of this cheaper alternative is lower compensation for loss or damage.

All prices are concurrent with Royal Mail Pricing and your cart prices will be automatically calculated based on the weight. We strongly advice customers purchasing valuable items to choose International Tracked & Signed as your items will be insured for loss or damages during transit.

Use this service if you are ordering medium to large parcels. Prices will automatically be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight.
Worldwide Express:

– Delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon
– Delivery by the next business day to Canada and for documents to Mexico
– Second business day delivery to Europe and Latin America
– Delivery within two or three business days to Asia

Worldwide Express Plus:

– Delivery by 8:30 a.m. to Canada and 9:00 a.m. to all other destinations
– Next day delivery to Canada
– Delivery within two business days to Europe
– Delivery within two or three business days to Asia

Worldwide Expedited:

– Delivery in two business days to Canada
– Delivery in two or three business days to Mexico
– Delivery in three or four days to Europe
– Delivery in four or five days to Asia and Latin America

Worldwide Saver:

– Delivery by end of day
– Next business day delivery to Canada and for documents to Mexico
– Delivery in two business days to Europe and Latin America
– Delivery in two or three business days to Asia

Parcel Force Worldwide
Parcel Force Global Express Value is slightly more expensive than Royal Mail International due to more compensation available for loss or damages plus you can ship up to 20kg. Use this service if you are ordering medium to large parcels. Prices will automatically be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight.

Once you have completed entering your payment details and 3D Secure process you will be redirect to chambeili.com page confirming your order number and successful transaction. You will then receive an email confirmation of your order and purchase details. We will then prepare your order and dispatch your products via the shipping options chosen during the checkout process. We will also send you the tracking number via email so you are made aware of the estimated delivery arrival.


In exceptional circumstances we may be able to cancel your order, so please call customer services: +44(0)1274 598669. However, if you've received email confirmation that your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products. You can also of course return them to the chambeili outlet.


In most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. If you would like to purchase additional products then you will be required to place a new order for these items. If you wish to remove an item then you will have to refer to our returns procedure. Please contact customer services by telephone if you would like further advice.


When placing your order you can add a different delivery address if you wish. However, if you have already placed your order and need to change details of the delivery address please call us for advice. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date. This can only be completed before your order has been dispatched.


In most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to your delivery service option once you have placed your order. We strongly advise that you chose the right option prior to placing your order.


In certain situations your order may be cancelled if there are issues with your payment such as notification from your bank of fraudulent activities or low funds. In such situations we will cancel your order until you are able to settle any credit card payment issues.

Sometimes products in high demand will sell out faster in our retail outlet than the system updates. Please be assured that in such instances we will refund your payment including shipping in full within 48 hours of placing your order.

Yes you can. If you would like to update any account details, please log into your My Account through chambeili.com. Click on Edit Address on Billing and/or Shipping Address to update your personal information.

The shipping company will make multiple attempts to deliver your order and we advise that you ensure their is someone at your delivery address to sign and collect your parcel. If you are not present the shipping company will leave a card notifying you of an unsuccessful delivery attempt and provide instructions on how to collect. In situations where you have failed to adhere to the shipping companies delivery instructions the parcel will be returned back to our outlet. In these circumstances you will be required to pickup the parcel from the outlet if you are within 30 miles proximity. If you are not a distant or overseas customer then you will need to contact customer services and make payment for shipping then we will dispatch your order. Please ensure you follow the tracking code sent your email address and have someone available to collect your parcel.
