Company Overview

chambeili® was established in 2012 by the founder Fozia Quaddus who whilst on a visit to Pakistan in early 2012 was inspired by the quality of rich fabrics offered by Pakistan’s top textile manufacturers as well as design flair, fashion sense and workmanship of Asian clothes offered by Pakistan’s top fashion designers that is unrivalled.

The founder decided to bring these collections to the UK and begin the journey of creating a retail store that will offer unique clothing with a wide range of collections as well as accessories. This is the starting point of a journey that one day will lead to building retail stores across the UK and worldwide.

Mission

Our utmost responsibility is to source the finest materials and fabrics that meet the highest ethical standards and offer unrivalled collections hand-picked from Pakistan’s top designers. In keeping with our Pakistani roots, we want to promote traditional bridal collections steeped in tradition while encouraging the promotion of more western orientated design flair in our casual and formal wear but still retain our heritage.

At chambeili® we want to ensure that every suit and garment meets to the highest standard of our customers’ expectations from the quality of stitching to the choice of fabric.

Our philosophy is to offer Pakistani clothes by the most popular designers from Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad that will cater for women of all ages and all occasions. We want women to feel elegant and beautiful and give them a sense of individuality.

Goals

Our goal is to become the best customer driven clothing retailer that meets the demands and taste of our online and retail shoppers. We want every single customer to have the best shopping experience by offering a user-friendly driven e-store and efficient delivery service to your doorstep as well as an easily accessible/zero cluttered retail outlet with friendly and helping staff. We have learnt a great deal in a short space of time since operating and we strive to improve our customer services to product selection and price point as well as rewarding our frequent shoppers.

We plan to open a number of pop-up stores in the UK in the future as well as roll out international retail stores across the UK, USA, Canada and Europe over the next ten years but our immediate goal is to plan the introduction of more brands to increase variety as well introduce our own range of clothing products under the names of “chambeili Casuals“, “chambeili Pret” and “chambeili Bridal“.

With the magazine we are able to not only provide our customers the latest trends from Pakistan but we also based our merchandise buying based on trends.
